Meet the Heart and Soul Behind Our Programs!
At Victory Lane Sober Living, we believe that the people who lead our programs are just as important as the programs themselves. We are incredibly fortunate to have two phenomenal individuals leading and supporting our residents every day: Robbie Perkins, Men’s Program Manager, and Alexzandra “Ali” Curry, Women’s Program Manager.
Robbie and Ali bring something to Victory Lane that cannot be learned from a textbook: the perspective, compassion and understanding that come from walking their own successful journeys in recovery. They understand firsthand the courage it takes to choose a different life, the challenges that come with rebuilding, and the importance of having people in your corner who truly believe in you.
That lived experience, combined with their dedication, leadership, and genuine passion for helping others, allows Robbie and Ali to connect with our residents in a deeply meaningful way. They provide much more than structure and accountability. They encourage, advocate, celebrate victories, help navigate setbacks, connect residents with valuable community resources, and remind the men and women of Victory Lane that a fulfilling life in recovery is possible.
Their impact extends far beyond the individuals they serve. Robbie and Ali are integral to the success, growth, and heart of Victory Lane Sober Living as a whole. Their commitment to our mission helps shape the supportive, accountable, and recovery-focused community we work every day to provide.
We could not be more proud to have them representing Victory Lane and leading our men’s and women’s programs. Their own stories are proof that recovery can open the door to an entirely new life and today, they use those experiences to help others walk through that same door.
We invite you to meet Robbie and Ali and learn more about the incredible people behind Victory Lane Sober Living.
Robbie Perkins
Men’s Program Manager | Victory Lane Sober Living
For Robbie Perkins, recovery is about much more than simply staying sober—it’s about helping men build lives they are proud to live.
As the Men’s Program Manager at Victory Lane Sober Living, Robbie is passionate about walking alongside men as they transition from active addiction into lives built on stability, accountability, purpose, and hope. He understands that lasting recovery takes time, hard work, support, and a willingness to make meaningful changes, and he is committed to creating an environment where every man has the opportunity to do just that.
Robbie brings a hands-on, compassionate approach to his role, providing structure and accountability while also building genuine relationships with the men he serves. He believes in meeting people where they are while encouraging them to recognize their potential, take responsibility for their future, and keep moving forward—even when the road isn’t easy.
A major part of Robbie’s work is helping men rebuild the pieces of everyday life that addiction often disrupts. Through strong relationships with community partners, he works to connect residents with employment opportunities, treatment and recovery services, peer support, housing resources, and other tools that can help them successfully transition into independent living.
Above all, Robbie believes in the power of connection and community. He wants every man who walks through the doors of Victory Lane to know that recovery doesn’t have to be done alone. With the right support, accountability, and willingness to do the work, a different life is possible.
Robbie takes pride in leading by example and helping create a culture at Victory Lane where men support one another, celebrate progress, learn from setbacks, and continue moving toward something better.
For Robbie, the goal isn’t simply sobriety. It’s helping men build a life in recovery worth protecting.

Alexzandra “Ali” Curry
Women’s Program Manager | Victory Lane Sober Living
For Alexzandra “Ali” Curry, recovery is deeply personal. Her own journey has shaped not only the life she lives today, but also her passion for helping other women discover that lasting recovery, healing, and a meaningful future are possible.
As the Women’s Program Manager at Victory Lane Sober Living, Ali is dedicated to helping women rebuild their lives, rediscover their strength, and find hope and purpose in recovery. Her sobriety date, February 22, 2018, marks the beginning of a life-changing journey that ultimately inspired her to give back what was so freely given to her.
Ali brings a unique combination of lived experience, education, and professional knowledge to her role. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and has years of experience working with individuals facing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges. Her own experiences have given her a genuine understanding of the courage it takes to face difficult circumstances, make meaningful changes, and begin building a new life.
At Victory Lane, Ali strives to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where women feel seen, valued, and capable of becoming the people they were always meant to be. She believes in meeting women where they are while providing the compassion, structure, encouragement, and accountability they need to continue moving forward.
Ali believes recovery is about far more than abstaining from substances. It is about rebuilding self-worth, restoring relationships, developing independence, discovering purpose, and creating a life worth protecting. She takes great pride in walking alongside women through that process—celebrating their victories, helping them navigate setbacks, and reminding them of their strength when they may not yet be able to see it themselves.
Watching women overcome obstacles, rediscover their value, and step into healthier, more fulfilling lives is more than a profession for Ali. It is her calling.
Ali firmly believes that changed people can change people, and she is honored to use her own journey, experience, and passion for recovery to help women transform their pain into purpose, their struggles into strength, and their recovery into the foundation for an entirely new life.
